- Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- One free return/exchange means we will cover the cost of return shipping for the first item returned or exchanged. Any subsequent returns or exchanges will incur a shipping fee.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in resalable condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. If we receive items that do not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.
- Please ensure that your item is carefully packed for the return shipment to avoid any damage during transit.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If you choose to exchange your item instead of returning it, we will send out your new item as soon as the original one is received.
5. Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check product descriptions before placing your order.
6. International Orders
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
7. Damaged or Defective Items

- We will either replace the item at no cost or offer you a full refund for the damaged goods.
