1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order at Bonbelle.co.za is easy! Simply follow these steps:

  1. Browse our collections and add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart.
  2. Once you’re ready to checkout, click the shopping cart icon and review your items.
  3. Enter your shipping and payment information, and choose your preferred payment method.
  4. Confirm your order, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email once the transaction is complete.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • PayFast (for EFT, Instant EFT, and more)
  • Direct Bank Transfers

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also log in to your Bonbelle account to view the status of your order.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at the moment.


5. How much does shipping cost?

  • Local South African Orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer standard shipping.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Local Orders: Delivery within South Africa typically takes 3-7 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for express shipping.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


7. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.


8. What is your return and exchange policy?

9. I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?

We’re sorry if you received a damaged or defective item! Please contact us immediately at info@bonbelle.co.za with photos of the damage or defect. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund.


10. Can I buy a gift card?

Yes! We offer gift cards for any occasion. You can purchase a gift card on our website, and it will be delivered to your email address immediately after purchase. You can then forward it to the recipient.

To create an account, simply click on the Sign Up or My Account link at the top of our website. Enter your details, including your name, email address, and a password to complete the registration. Having an account allows you to easily track your orders, save your shipping address, and receive exclusive updates and offers.


12. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services, but we ensure that all items are beautifully packaged and arrive in perfect condition. Keep an eye out for any special promotions or seasonal offerings for gift packaging options!

15. I can’t find my size, will it be restocked?

If a product is out of stock in your size, you can sign up for a restock notification on the product page. You will receive an email as soon as it becomes available again. We also regularly update our collections, so keep an eye on the website for new arrivals!
